What changed in the calculator, newest first. Summaries only — the short version of each release.
1.0.2
23 September 2026- Published designs carry their Model output curve. It is measured off your own boards as you publish and travels with the design, so anyone opening it sees both curves — the design, and the cabinet the boards make — without measuring anything themselves.
- The publish window says what is going with it, including when the measurement is still running and publishing now would leave the curve out.
- Designs published before today are unaffected: they show the one curve, exactly as they always have.
1.0.1
23 September 2026- More vents get measured. Both vents of a 6th-order bandpass now read off the model, including one shorter than the baffle it sits in.
- Drivers on a divider fire the way the plan says — and go on doing it after the divider has been moved in the editor.
- Sealed-off air is left out. A compartment the boards shut in that no driver or vent works against no longer counts towards the measured volume, and the panel says it was left out.
- No curve rather than a wrong one where a vent leaks out of the chamber it is supposed to be tuning.
1.0.0
23 September 2026- Response curves are solved from the cabinet you drew. Edit the boards in the model editor and the chart adds a second curve for what those boards actually make, with the design drawn dashed behind it for comparison.
- Vents are measured, not assumed. A duct that the layout had to shorten is now read at the length it really has, so the chart stops promising a tuning the box cannot reach.
- Bandpass chambers are measured apart. Each room's volume is read from the model itself rather than split by proportion.
- Drivers follow the board they sit on. Turn or move a baffle and its driver turns with it — in the viewer, in the cutting guide and in published designs.
- A rebuilt summary image. One sheet with a bigger cabinet, all five response charts (SPL, impedance, excursion, vent speed, group delay), every one of them drawn at 80% of rated power and labelled as such, with a header saying whether the figures came from your model or from the design.
- The Render view is switched off. It was a picture that fed nothing else — no dimension, no panel, no cut — while loading a chunk of its own to draw it.
